Customer Experience Rule #1 has nothing to do with customer experience.  Rather, it’s all about the Employee Experience – because if your staff isn’t happy, satisfied, and equipped to do their jobs…  then there’s little chance they’ll come through for your customers.


Great Employee Experiences don’t develop in a vacuum.  They arise from the very deliberate management efforts of skilled leaders.  But managers come in all shapes and sizes, and oftentimes, they need to adjust their leadership style in order to effectively foster a healthier, more engaging work environment.
