Hiring and selection processes are notoriously devoid of basic professional courtesies and respect.  You’ve heard all the horror stories (maybe even experienced some for yourself) – the resume black hole, unreturned phone calls, tardy interviewers, etc.

 

But if you’re an employer, your job candidates will never reveal to your face the indignities they experience during your recruiting process – heck, it could jeopardize their hiring chances!
